i'm working out a little less than i usually do, and eating 200-300 more calories and i have still lost two pounds in the last week. has this happened to anyone here before? im trying to lose my last five pounds i thought it would take longer but i am actually getting results quicker.

  • It can happen. Since you have been working out (even if not as intense as before), your metabolism has greatly improved.

My experience is that even though there are days when I pig out and I am over my caloric limit, I still lose weight of 1 pound or more every week. My GP says it's probably because my metabolism has now been revved up, or what I lost was partly fat and partly excess or trapped lymph fluid.
