has this happened to anyone before?

i'm working out a little less than i usually do, and eating 200-300 more calories and i have still lost two pounds in the last week. has this happened to anyone here before? im trying to lose my last five pounds i thought it would take longer but i am actually getting results quicker.

It can happen. Since you have been working out (even if not as intense as before), your metabolism has greatly improved.
My experience is that even though there are days when I pig out and I am over my caloric limit, I still lose weight of 1 pound or more every week. My GP says it's probably because my metabolism has now been revved up, or what I lost was partly fat and partly excess or trapped lymph fluid.0 -
