Here are my before (not so proud of those..lol) and half way pics. I just finished T25 Alpha phase and I started Beta today. I started at 167.6 lbs. 37.5% body fat. I now am 150.2 lbs. I've lost 17.4 lbs., 6% Body Fat, and 15.75 inches. I have a ways to go, but happy with the progress so far.

Absolutely Amazing!! I just started T25 this week! Are you doing any other exercise plan?? And are you following the food guide that came with the program?

Thanks so much. I am just sticking to 1200 calories a day, that's it. I even allow Sat. to be my cheat day. I don't follow the food guide. I wanted to make it a lifestyle change, and the guide doesn't really fit into my lifestyle. I had to find what works for me.0 -
