Grace Potter and the Nocturnals - Paris

I just go on pandora rap strength training station. That's all the jams I need and I never get bored with them!
But the one that gets me the most pumped right now is "Turn it down for what?" -DJ Snake & Lil Jon. I also really like "Work Hard Play Hard" - Wiz Khalifa

According to my most played as sorted by my music app on my phone I'm a huge Megadeth fan. Here are the top 5 of the 25 most played songs on my entire playlist. Pretty safe to say it's because I usually work out to metal / rock so that is the playlist that is mostly on rotation for me.

99 Ways to die - Megadeth
    Symphony of destruction- Megadeth
    Mechanix - Megadeth
    Trust - Megadeth
    Dialectic Chaos - Megadeth

You'll get a glimpse into my nerdlove of Pitch Perfect, but here it is:

Bella's Finals: Price Tag/Don't You/Give Me Everything (it's a mash up and I like the changing beats, from Pitch Perfect)
Don't Stop The Music (PP Sound Track)
Since U Been Gone (PP Sound Track)
    Burn (Ellie Goulding)
    Wake Me Up (Avicii)
    Stronger (Kelly Clarkson)

This winds up exactly 21 minutes.

I listen to country music mostly, but my iPod has Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Bryan Adams, Aerosmith, "classic" rock type of music and a bunch of stuff my 14 year old listens too. Most of that I like but no idea who it is, except for Katy Perry because I like her. Believe it or not I also have the soundtrack to Evita on there. LOL Since my daughter and I share a iTunes account it cracks me up when she's running beside me singing "don't cry for me Argentina"

My person opinion and this is what I love to workout to because it gets me pumped up

    Anything by Disturbed
    Anything by Godsmack
Anything by Rob Zombie or White Zombie
Anything by Five Finger Death Punch

    I am a metal girl.

There's more but I swear I'd be on here all day listing it.

If you're into EDM type music... Avicii's new album "True" really pumps me up for an awesome cardio workout because I need high energy music. My favorite songs on the album that you could sample would be Liar Liar and Dear Boy (with Lana Del Ray).

So, this is kinda goofy since I'm not in the military. But, I listen to military cadences on Spotify when I need that extra push when running.

Other times, I listen to hard rock, metal, rap, and even some latin music. Just depends on the mood & my level of motivation. I can't name any songs off the top of my head. I love Spotify though bc I can pick one artist and it will only play that one artist. I used to use Pandora, but I hate how they throw in artists that I don't like.

I would use Apple Genius. Pick one song that is really good for your workout and make a genius playlist. Very easy to do. Anything that comes on the list that doesn't work is easy to remove.
I'm pretty "Apple illiterate" and I find their Genius system to be really easy to use.
I like the following artists for workouts:
    Red Hot Chile Peppers
    U-2
A lot of 60-70sand 80s era music works for me,too.
