For all those interested in starting to weigh in every Thursday for motivation and support (and to try to stop the daily weighing habit!) this is week 0


So the starting week of Thursday weigh in club

I was 136.8lb this morning

2.6lb total loss (since May 5th 2014)

Good luck all for next week

    I'll join you :-) It helps to be accountable to someone. I've been sitting at the same weight the last two weeks and I'm not happy with myself for it! I just gotta figure out how to find this group again! lol

    I will join too, I just started so I'm at 163.5! I definitely need to be accountable to someone as well. My boyfriend is trying to lose a few pounds, but he can just that he is going to lose weight and he does....I have to work so much harder.
