My favorite non mayo topping for tuna is aged balsamic vinegar. A good 15 year balsamic on tuna is amazing.

I use hummus...probably has carbs though. But yeah, I use hummus, mustard, and sriracha. Could use greek yogurt.

Instead of Mayo I use Opa Greek Yogurt Feta Dill Dressing and place it on red pepper slices. LOVE IT!

Mix it with a dab of olive oil, lemon juice and fresh basil. Very yummy.

I get the tuna packets packed in water only. I eat them "as is".

My favorite way is super simple:

    1 can tuna
    1/2 avocado
    1 roma tomato
    Squeeze of lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste

The avocado gives it the same creamyness without the mayo. I like to have this with a green salad and balsamic dressing.

^^ This!! It tastes great and so easy to thow together!

Today's lunch is a can of tuna mixed with mango salsa & a little red onion stuffed into a low carb pita. 9 carbs (or 7 net) without the pita, 24 (or 13 net) with it.

    This is so good...

    Canned Tuna Ceviche
    Skinnytaste.com
    Servings: 2 • Size: 3/4 cup tuna, 1/4 avocado • Old Points: 3 pts • Points+: 4 pts
    Calories: 153 • Fat: 8 g • Carb: 9 g • Fiber: 3 g • Protein: 15 g • Sugar: 1 g
Sodium: 187 mg (without salt) • Cholesterol: 26 mg

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp minced red onion
    1 to 1 1/2 limes
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, as needed
    1 tsp olive oil
1 (7 oz) can chunk white albacore tuna packed in water, (5.1 oz drained)
1 medium seeded plum tomato, finely diced
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, minced (keep seeds for spicy) or you can use pickled
    3 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
2 oz sliced avocado (1/2 medium haas)

    Directions:

Mix it all together. Adjust lime juice to taste.

And if you're doing the carb thing, don't forget, NET carbs are carb minus fibre, so carb count actually comes in at 6.
