The stuff that's on the list every single week: bread, eggs, whole milk, mushrooms, carrots, apples, and broccoli. There are other "must haves" like potatoes, butter, cheese... but I don't need to get them every week.

I'm trying to increase my protein intake at the moment - so right now I'm loving:

    Fresh tuna steak
    Good quality multi seed bread
    Free range eggs
    Fage Greek yogurt
    Peanut butter
Mountains of salad (I genuinely love salad)
Dark chocolate & orange rice cakes (my guilty pleasure)

I'm trying to ditch most 'low fat/low cal' tasteless versions of foods & focus on full fat, full flavour & packed with nutrients - so much more satisfying. Loving my food right now:-)
