17 pounds to go but I am stuck...

I have lost 83 pounds so far but I can’t shake this last 17pds. I started Herbalife 3 years and lost 67 pounds in 7 months. Since then I lost another 20 pounds but I will lose it then gain some back. I’m pretty active and watch what I eat for the most part; I just need a jump start. I’ve tried juicing and I experience a crash from it so that’s not for me. I love blending, anyone know if that is healthy? Suggestions please!!! :flowerforyou:

Blending what, juice?
Just eat within your alloted calories and you'll lose weight. Read these:

Liquidised food takes less time to move through your digestive tract and doesn't keep you full for as long so can lead to you eating more. Are you logging everything you eat and sticking to your calorie goals? Have you reduced your calories as you've lost? Time to switch to a more intensive exercise than your body is used to maybe? I've recently taken on more intensity and am seeing better losses from it - even though I always eat back my calories - I guess it heightens metabolism?0

Blending is similar to juicing but you blend the fruit and vegetables together and leaves behind the pulp so it’s as trendy as juicing. Juicing removes the fiber from the juice and gives you a spike of energy but doesn’t last long.
I stay under 1200 calories a day and with my workouts I'm normally way under that.
Thank you I will read those articles0 -

You're supposed to net at least 1200 calories a day, not eat 1200 calories a day and burn half of it off with exercise.0 -
Thank you, my workout are pretty much the same so I will have to try and switch it up.0
