Help!

Yesterday I got hit with a major allergy attack. You now the kind where you sneeze like 10 times in a row. Today I have a lot of chest pain but sadly this is not out of the ordinary for me. On top of that I developed a sty on my eye lid. Suffice to say I had to send myself home from school today. I don't know if it's because I'm home or haven't been feeling good but I'm ravenous. Looking at my food diary I'm way over on my daily sugar and fiber count. I'm totally craving a Barq's root beer (a vice of mine). It's in the fridge, cold and ready to drink. I've had water to drink and had a snack but I'm still wanting to take a sip. Help!

Hang in there!! Don't sweat being "over" in fiber-fiber is good!! Try chewing gum or moving to a different room in the house. Clean the toilet, or do something else kind of gross, to put off eating! You can do it!0

Get Diet Barq's to keep on hand and get rid of the temptation of regular. All the taste, none of the calories ! Hang in there and get some sugar free gum :-)0

One tip I saw on Jillian Michael's website was to brush your teeth after every meal - including snacks. This will make you not want to eat because you have the toothpaste taste in your mouth. I tried it twice today and I could tell a difference.0
