    I'm 5'9" and a bit -

    SW 154
    CW 142
    GW 137

    current weight 142 - I'm okay with 140 but I want to go from 31% body fat to 28%.
    currently working out 4 days a week interval training and yoga 1 day - eating low carb.

    trying to lose lbs and not muscle has been hard - nice to meet you

    I'll re-evaluate at 165 . . . .have NO idea what I'd look like at that weight. I've got a pretty broad frame.

    Hey I am 5' 9.5". I have pretty much stagnated at this weight for a few years. My lowest weight in high school was 143 lbs when I was on the cross country team. I have a muscular build so it's hard for me to get lower than that at this height.

    UGW: 143 (I might have to start running 5 miles a day again to see that number again, because I personally love food!)

    It's amazing how we're all around the same height, but our weights and goals are so different. It's amazing how we can be the same weight but different body fats.. it puts in into perspective how everyone's journey is completely different.

    I'm 5'8 with a goal of 125 but I have a small frame. Wouldn't mind weighing more as long as it was muscle weight

    I'm really interested in running and getting really fit, I think its best to focus on how you feel not what you weigh! Everyone is such different weights its hard to even begin to compare!

    I'm not super focused on the scale, but I'm aiming for somewhere between 140-150. I might end up just calling it good when I get to 150 depending how I feel.

    I currently wear a size 6 or 8.

    I guess it depends on each person's figure, but I don't think I want to go as low as 140. I would probably look frightening!

    I've been under 170 but I looked sickly. I've very broad shouldered, big hipped with an itty bitty waist. Totally hourglass so too low and I just look like a stick with books and a butt.

    Thought I had a goal of 150 but my body seems to love being right here. Seems that's kinda hefty compared to the other 5' 9" shouts outs here. Anyone else shooting for the 165 ish range I'm in? Oh, starting size was busting out of a size 24 (there's a pic of me and my kid in my fat pants) and a 3x shirt. I'm now a size 8 - 10 pants and a medium shirt.

    I thought my goal weight was 140 pounds, but I got down to 148 and looked sickly. I have been lifting over the last few years and now I like how I look at 165 pounds. I compete at around 155.

    GW: 150 (This is a rough estimate.. I have never weighed less than 170 as long as I can remember so I have NO idea what I am going to look like.. I would like to be in the 145-155 range I think.. but we will see when I get there!!)

    I've been trying to lose weight for years now; it's been creeping up ever since I finished college. I keep losing 5-10 pounds and then falling off the wagon, so I'm hoping this will help me stick with it this time!

    SW 191 (about a year after second baby - just wasn't dropping the weight like I did after the first)
    CW 182 (at 31% BF by caliper)
    GW 160?

    I set that goal weight because I felt really good at 160 before I got married and the weight started creeping up. Agree that I'd look sickly too much lower than that. I'm naturally pretty muscular, and have gotten into lifting in the last few months (LOVE IT!), so am not really sure about the GW now. I would be interested to see what I look like at 165, or even a bit higher, if I can pack on a good bit more muscle. I know it's not everyone's goal, but I'd be happy to tip the scale a bit higher if that extra mass was in my glutes and quads (etc.)!
