I don't normally drink milk, but last week we had a guest coming over to stay at our house. So we bought a galling of milk for cereal for the guest. Now that he has left, we end up with half a galling of milk that is going to expire soon. Neither I not my bf drinks milk, we aren't lactose intolerant or anything, we just prefer soy milk.
What is a good and easy recipe idea that I can use up this milk ( fat free ) with?
Thanks

You can put milk in mostly anything or just pour it down the drain for Gods sake. You can google "easy recipes that use milk"0

I drink soy milk or almond milk too, but on rare occasion where I'm going to have some boxed pastaroni or Mac and cheese, real milk is best, even fat free.0

Down the drain with it.0

Feed it to the strays cats outside.
Otherwise, think anything "buttermilk"! Yessss.
Or make some pudding, hot chocolate, mashed potatoes, creamy soup, popcicles, milkshake, oatmeal, pie.0 -
I freeze it in 2 cup portions. When use it later for oatmeal muffins.0

You could give the extra milk to friends or neighbors.0

Why not just pour it down the drain? Or better yet, just mix half with soy milk and use that for whatever you use soy milk for.0

Make ice cream or riccotta cheese.0
