1 year anniversary - 134LBS down - with pictures!

OK, so this is a big deal for me, because I HATE my picture being taken, as you can see from the after pictures, I can't smile! Lol, I can only smile naturally, I can't do it on demand for photographs! Anyone who is familiar with the sitcom "Friends" will know what I mean when I say the "Chandler smile" comes to mind!

A few friends who had seen me hit the "100LBS loss" mark were asking for pictures so here they are! I still have about 50LBS I want to lose before I'll be happy with my weight, but this is 1 years progress, down from 404LBS to 269LBS. Oh and I'm 5'9 tall. Let me know what you think!
