Soooo... I haven't made any secret of my attempt to eat better & lose some much needed weight... and because I've been pretty open about it I have immediately been contacted by a representative of "Nutriway" wanting me to take on their diet system.

Its pretty expensive and consists of a high protein, low carb diet, and a multitude of supplements, fibre & omega capsules.

Has anybody used this system or know much about it?

Thanks :)

A cheaper alternative would be just to eat protein, carbs, fiber, fats other foods that provide naturally would supplements try to emulate and/or take a multivitamin if you want.... the usual stuff that people do to lose weight...calorie deficit...if you want weigh your food...

    Good luck.

I'm going to discourage you about falling for such a scam. It's a fad diet and devised to take money out of your pocket. The only requirement to losing weight is creating a calorie deficit, and doing that is totally free!

Feel the same way, shouldn't be expensive. There is no secret ingredient, the secret ingredient is you!

Hah...Nutriway is produced by AMWAY. Amway. The poster child for pyramid scams.

To be fair, they actually are rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau. But really, it's a diet. Google high protein low carb diet and BAM! You're in. Please send me money now. :flowerforyou:

Save your money - count calories on MFP

Honestly, there are a lot of gimmicks out there, that's why the weight loss business is a multi-billion dollar one...everyone is out to make a buck, including people pushing Nutriway

Lose 5 pounds for $20.14 a day. I think most of that weight lost will be from your wallet!
