I hate doing this kind of stuff, hi my name's Chris I am 30 something , Virgo etc.......

Truth is I am keen as mustard to get back into shape, loose the flab and feel great about being me (which isn't to bad just now, it could only be better with a better body!!!). I am also keen to make new friends in the process, this is a mega journey and I look forward to it all......
