Hi my name is Shy and I found this app about a week ago when I got my new phone and find that it is very addictive. One of the features that I like best is the food diary; hopefully this will keep me motivated in an on track so that I can reach my goal on losing 80 pounds.

i found this site the same way. just playing around on my new phone. they have great tools on here for exercise and for food, but the greatest part is the friends you make. they are encouraging and give great advice. good luck to you, and if you need a friend on here, im here for you.0
