weight bench exercises

I just cleaned out around, and dusted off a weight bench in my garage (really should of logged THAT as a workout). It's one of those cheapo benches, but that and a set of 3 lb dumbbells is all I've got for now, and I really would like to start adding some strength training into my routine. Problem is, every beginner routine I'm finding is for dumbells (and those 3 lb-ers aren't really doing it for me).

Any advice on finding a beginner routine for a bench and/or BW? I'd love if there were detailed photos, gifs, or videos as well, so I can learn proper form. Thanks in advance!

    No need for bench if you only have 3lb dumbbells.

    Some good material there. Also, you can check out Ross Enamait's, he has books, website and youtube channel. Puts a lot of emphasis on minimalist training. Has a book called Never Gymless.
