Curves Complete

Can anyone please advise me how to track my progress while going to Curves. I am only on week two but I cannot work out how to log this. Its not like 30mins at a proper gym. I am 56 years of age and my standing pulse is 160/170 once round the circuit I only increase this to 190/200. I am very overweight so don't know if that is accountable or not.
