'If every day was like this'

I don't know if I like this or not. On the days I've done a ton of swimming, it's telling me 'if every day was like this', I'd have lost 15 pounds in five weeks. On days like yesterday, when I came in just under my goal and did some brisk and slow walking but not much else, it's telling me 9 pounds in five weeks! Even though that's still good, it's a bit disheartening after the 226-211 drop from the days with lots of exercise...

I don't log my exercise on MFP, I do it on a spreadsheet instead; so every day it tells me that if every day was like this, I would gain about 20lbs in 6 weeks!

That reinforces just how important those hard, painful sessions are for me!

If every day was like this is an estimate...in 5 weeks go back and see how accurate it is.

Most people do not eat exactly the same thing and do the exact same thing (moving not just exercise) for 5 weeks...

It makes me feel discouraged when it does that too! I can't exercise due to a medical condition, so mine is all calories. I am always at a deficit, but if I even eat 50 calories over it tells me I am up an extra half pound in the next 5 weeks. I hate it.

When I ran a 100k Ultramarathon, it reckoned that 'if every day was like today', I would lose around 3 stone in 5 weeks! Truth is I would lose a lot more, being six feet under! Lol!
