Lower leg pain

Input needed please: when I run or jump, the impact on my lower legs feels like they want to shatter...it hurts (more than just soreness). It's not just the front of my lower leg like shin splints would be and it's not just my muscle. I recently bought some compression socks to wear at night but haven't been using them regularly, which I need to start doing.

start using those socks, my mom works as a PSW at a local hospital and is constantly on her feet. she got those socks and said it made a world of difference. if it persists after that seek a doctor0

. I appreciate the input! I've been toying with the idea of getting a myofascial release massage (even before my legs were hurting), but haven't gone yet.
