When you stop for gas, do some squats and some jumping jacks...easy on the snack foods; take fruit and if you stop at fast foods restaurants, go for the items lowest in calories...godd luck and drive safely.0

When I travel I pack oranges. I'd try to pack some sort of snacks so you are able to stay on track.0

You can do this. When traveling, stay away from all those fast food restaurants. You can eat at places like Subway and even Cracker Barrel has some low fat, low cal choices. Good luck.0
