      I'm guessing it's some wonky rounding. The stats for her country might be slightly higher than the stats for the world, but insignificant based on rounding.

      Because I am a huge freakin geek, my immediate thoughts are that the statement of how much total weight would be removed or added to the world if everyone was the same BMI is wrong. The Conservation of Matter says otherwise. Matter can not be created nor destroyed, only change form. So, if everyone were the same BMI as me, it would not change the total weight of the world. It would only change the form in which matter existed within it.
