Running in a 10K Race this weekend... wish me luck

It's been a while since I've entered a race but I decided that this one would be a good one! It's the 50th Anniversary of the Calgary Marathon (which I ran in 2007). I've trained for the 10K this time but just as nervous as if it were my first run! I just want to finish in time to get to work three hours after the start time! LOL Wish me good vibes to stay injury free and glide like a 5'4" gazelle, please! :)

    Good luck! 3h should be no problem, unles syou get stuck in traffic....

    I've been considering entering a race, but nah, why pay for running if i can do it every day for free... maybe the 10k one that will benefit the local zoo :happy:
