Hi everyone... I will have my 6 week weigh in on Monday and so far, I will most likely be down 16 lbs.
I am following the South Beach diet and I have been doing an hour and a half of cardio a day plus some strengthening exercises (at home- squats, crunches, arm exercises with weights, pushups).

My plan was to start using the weight equipment after I get below 200 lbs. (I have another 16 lbs. to go for that goal).

I am seeing real changes in my body, but just wondering what your best Fat Burning routines or advice would be...

Most of my weight is in my belly and muffin top!

    Why wait to start using the equipment? Put a barbell over your shoulders. Enjoy results.

    A lot of it depends on the intensity of your effort. Just as an example....There are people in my Zumba classes who can't put in a huge amount of effort, so aren't going to get the same burn that someone who can do full movements.

    There's no reason to wait to use the equipment. It will never give you a mannish body. It WILL help you build muscle which burns more calories and will help you look more toned.
