Hi all. So I'm down to the weight I want but I can't get rid of this belly I have! I am currently on a low carb diet, exercise an hour a day including weights and I still feel jiggly in the belly! Do I need to burn more calories than I eat? What gives!

Well you can maintain your weight, lift heavy and slowly recomp, or you can bulk, gain weight, build muscle, and then cut back down. The end result will have you at the same weight that you are now except with less body fat. The bulking and cutting option will be faster.0

So lifting heavy to add bulk then going into a calorie deficit would work?0

Well if you are looking with longing at the abs of bikini models they didn't get there by just eating less, that is weight training with enough calories to put on some muscle. Think it is hard to get that taut stretched skin look of a flat sculpted belly without a good chunk of muscle behind it.0

My stomach is changing. I'm eating at TDEE, getting atleast 100 grams of protein a day, and lifting weights 2-3x a week.
Not low carb, eating whatever I want, mostly healthy. Slowly getting flatter belly.0 -

This...I started eating TDEE-15% and getting in on average 115g of protien a day...lifting heavy 3x a week and HIIT 2x a week...
Not low carb, IIFYM...my belly has and continues to get flatter...I am hoping by Sept that it will be even better as I am at goal weight so will be eating TDEE and lifting...slow recomp hopefully.0 -
Recently discovered that raspberry is an amazing super-food. These delicious berries have a natural talent to help you keep losing fat.Raspberry ketone plays games with nature by stoking your metabolism, and keeps your body burning fat — long past the time when your diet should have lost its effectiveness..
Their Pleasant, Fruity Tang Is Actually A Potent Fat Burner !!!!

You have to cut overall body fat, you can't spot reduce. So, yes, burn more calories than you eat.0
