Just wondered how you set your loss goals up and how?
Also, how do you track interval training?

There are no stupid questions.... just stupid people who ask questions! :laugh:
A speaker said that once at a conference and I thought it was the most hilarious thing ever...
You should be able to find interval training under the exercise tab...or if you have a Heart Rate Monitor you can create your own. and under the home tab there should be a goals menu to select.0 -

as to where to go, On the MY HOME tab at the top, there is a link for goals, click on that, then click on the green "Change Goals" button at the bottom.

I don't believe interval training is in the database... I would log it as bicycling/running/whatever exercise you are doing, at a moderate speed (better to under-estimate than to over-estimate).0

I don't track interval training. The best thing I can tell you is to try and see how long it takes you to do x number of reps and see if you can beat that time and when you can increase weight.0 -
Thanks everyone, but by goals I meant how do you say I want to be at xlb at x date?0

When you set up your goals in MFP, did you select a 1 pound a week loss, or 2 or 1/2? Depending on what you selected, you can extrapolate that out to a certain date. Ie; At a 1 pound a week loss, in 3 months, you ideally will have lost 13 pounds. So on April 7'th, you'd like to be 13 pounds lighter than today.0
