Do any of you have specific songs that you listen to while you're exercising? If so can you suggest some? I typically listen to Britney Spears or Ke$ha, something quite up beat when I walk!

Here is an example of my play list. I hope some of you will share yours. :)

Beautiful Dirty Rich - Lady GaGa

I Like It Rough - Lady GaGa

I Hate Boys - Christina Aguilera

Not Myself Tonight - Christina Aguilera

Toxic - Britney Spears

Womanizer - Britney Spears

3 - Britney Spears

Heads Will Roll - Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Paranoid - Jonas Brothers

Just about anything that makes me angry will work. Hard and fast. Yelling and screaming.

take most of this, and add Linkin Park and Disturbed.
Then throw in a mixture of cheesy 80s pop dispersed throughout it and you have me.

I don't know what it is about the song "Naturally" by Selena Gomez but it really does push me that extra bit. But I really need to put together a proper workout playlist, as I always lose my stride when a slower song starts!

Yea, I just started experiencing that, too. B4 I started upping the speed this wasn't an issue. Some songs are just a bit slower even though its thumpin'. I know b/c I can't break out of the rhythm so I skip to the next one.

Ministry of sound have a couple of great 'running trax' cds... great for a run, lots of remixes old and new stuff. However the best track to work out to is easily Darude 'Sandstorm' oldie but a goodie!! I have like 10 different remixes of it on my ipod....
