European low-calorie websites?

I abseloutly LOVE Hungry Girl and Skinny Taste... But a very frequent problem I have with them is, that I can't get any of the ingredients here (Denmark). And especially Hungry Girl uses a lot of fat free / super low calorie food-alternatives, so if one of those is the main ingredient in the recipe, even if I find a 'light' product that is similar, the calorie count is just way off... I've tried a couple of times that mine came out double the calorie And it's often not even really good, as texture of my ingredients are way different.
So, I was wondering, are there any European blogs that are similar? I also like the Hungry Girl "survival guides" (with tips to what you can order at restaurants, what you should always look for in the supermarket etc.), but they are of course even more irrellevant to me here in Europe! Are there any websites with similar content that aren't based in the US?

Hi, I am not a fan of Hungry girl recipes too much pre package ingredient. Try Skinny Mom, normal day to day ingredients.0

I guess my problem with HG is also that they are super dependent on pre-packaged stuff, though that is mainly because I can't get any of it, so it's useless to me. Besides, I like to cook from scratch I have the oppesite "problem" with skinny taste, she never uses sweetners or anything like that... I view those kind of things as a super easy and ideal way to make something low cal
I've just skimmed through the Skinny Mom site, seems quite good, though a little hard to navigate. Is there no search-bar? I always cook based on what's in my fridge, so I would typically search by ingredient.0 -
You could just type the following into Google (with chicken as an example):
site: www.skinnymom.com chicken
ETA: just noticed on the menu bar on the homepage - the first icon is search (along with pinterest, stumble, facebook ect)0 -
