Week one down for me too.. I only lost 3 though. Still, it's something! Congrats, everyone!0

hi! i'm one week down too! i've only lost 1.2 lbs though. it's weird since i've worked out 6 days this week. and i've been under calorie limit. no pop. no candy. no fast food. lots of water. ridiculous.0
-
we have about the same amount to lose. How tall are you? I lost 5lbs this week too!!!! woo hoo!!0
-
I've finished my first week and am down 3. If you exercised 6 days that's great. Don't pay attention too much to how much you lost because with all that exercise muscle is building and it weighs more.0

The first week can be the hardest, good work.0

try taking measurements with a tape measure instead of relying just on a scale. you may have only lost 1.2 lbs, but you could have lost fat and gained muscle.
its good to record both tape measurements and weight!
Happy Losing!0 -
IF you're asking me, I'm 5'6".0

Wow that is sooo amazing.. Congrats. I wonder.. did you eat back the calories you burned.?0

Week One down for me, too, and I've lost about 6 pounds. I weigh myself daily, so I've watched my weight fluctuate and I've gone down to about 8 pounds lost, but now I'm back up. That's okay, though. I've been drinking more water, and it's still a great loss. Good job! Hopefully we can all keep this routine up, even if our numbers don't continue to be as great.0

Way to go! I'm so far 8 lbs down...1 week for me is tomorrow. So excited! We can do this!0

Hilary that's very true - speaking from experience when I was on WW. I have this app on my phone and I love it. This is the first I've logged in online to blog and check out the message boards.
To Everyone: You guys are SO awesome and are giving me more motivation to do better myself. I'm getting back on track this week - not as painful as I thought. Keep up the good work everyone!0 -
My 1st week back on my diet & I'm down 5.4! I haven't done any exercise this week except an ATTEMPT @ a ZUMBA DVD that was a major disaster! I have the "white girl syndrome"! I just went out this morning & bought me a set of weights & The Biggest Loser "Last Chance Workout" DVD. Hopefully this week I can get that workout in each day or @ least 5 of the 7.
Good luck to everyone! I have 11.8 lbs to go until I meet my 1st mini goal.0 -
I'm down 4 lbs now.. I'm pretty happy.. But I dont want to psyche myself up.. ONTO NOW WEEK 20

Take before pictures and measurements, all of you guys!
Trust me! You'll be bummed later if you don't.0 -
great job everyone!!!0

Week one down, and only down 2 lbs, but that is still very motivating.
I spent the afternoon at the gym with my teenagers, that is also motivating!!!
For week two I am focusing more on preparing food before I need to eat.
This last week was a lot of prepared food at work. :frown:
I need to spend some time looking over recipes.0 -
Week one and I've lost 9lbs, I couldn't believe it!! I'll be pleased with any amount next week, as long as my weight continues to go down. The last time I lost that amount of weight I was on a scarily restricted diet (you probably know the one i'm talking about) and hungry all the time. This time I did it eating what I want and full tummy! Yeah!!
