How many calories average at each main meal time?

How many calories should I be eating at the main meal times? When I see 300+ i get into a panic thinking wow thats a lot. I am 143lb , female and a newbie here.

You can divide up your daily allotment of calories however you wish. Some like 6 small meals, some just 2 meals. Some prefer a larger breakfast while others want a bigger dinner. There is no right or wrong, it's whatever fits into your goals and lifestyle.
Take a look at several different people's food diaries to see what others are doing if you wish. By the way, 300 cals for a meal is not a lot. Three of those meals is only 900 calories, way below recommended.0 -

I did my breakfast is usually 200 then either my lunch or tea is much bigger with the other meal being less, today I had a big dinner (was really hungry post gym) but a fairly light lunch.0
