hip hop abs or rockin' body?

I'm an insanity graduate and have dabbled in insanity asylum. Been doing T25 most recently but since T25 have had knee issues (which I've never had before). I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or the warm up/cool down just isn't enough for me, but they are getting worse as I continue T25 so looking for something else.
Really like the look of Lee Mills' pump and the attack DVD but need to get my knees back on form before I attempt this. Want something to keep my fitness up in the meantime and do as and when my knees are able. Wondering about hip hop abs or rockin' body - can anyone recommend?
I really used to love classes with routines, and doing the speed 2 on T25 reminded me how much I like a routine so wondering about these 2. Not sure if they're the best thing with my knees though....any suggestions very welcome.
First ever post on here btw

I'm into low impact. I do Aqua Fit. Do you have a pool near you? Head is above water whole time. Pushing water makes for a great burning workout.
I also do suspension straps. Those I do at home. I got Rip:60 set which includes DVD set, straps & poster with the moves shown. I sub sliders (called gliders but I use furniture movers instead) under my feet instead of impact moves.
You could probably sub sliders under feet for the workouts you have. Just saying to try it.0 -
thanks lift heavy. I have a toddler so need to workout at home quickly and don't have time to go to a pool. Rip:60 looks interesting but a bit worried about the rope thing going into the ceiling, will have to look into that.0

@reastie1 Note: Rip:60 can attach to a door too. There are other brands of these things too.

Might want to consider gliders by themselves as the exercises are low impact.0 -
I love hip hop abs!! I enjoy dancing so Zumba is fun for me too. I would say you should consider it. I got my hip hop abs for 30 but I bet you could find a better deal on line. Aqua Fit sounds fun I think I might look into that!0

This is the link for sliders at the Canadian Amazon. If you live in the US you will probably have more choices. They make moves low impact but still high intensity.0 -
Thanks so much
I'm in the UK lift, will have a nose online.
Setaylor is hip hop abs routine based? That's what I really used to love at the gym. Is it a hard workout too? I want to maintain my fitness and I really like the muscle I'm building so want toning as well as cardio.0
