Ugh need mental support please

After a year of overexcercising and undereating, i got down to 95 lbs, from 136. However, i cannot stop binging now and scale says 149. I know some of it might be water weight, but when i hit 120 i literally binged almost everyday for almost 3 months. I feel so ashamed. If i stop binging and eat around 1400 calories will it come off quickly since i put it on so quickly? I keep looking at old pictures and it makes me sick to my stomach seeing what i have done to myself.

no i dont want to weight 95lbs. Thats how low my weight got from 136. Im 5'2 but i want to get down to 115-1200

It sounds like you have a difficult relationship with food, and you may want to consider talking to someone outside of MFP about it. I'm not sure how tall you are, but 1400 calories sounds like a reasonable goal. For your weight I wouldn't expect it to come off faster that .5 to 1 lb per week, but it's more important that you are establishing a more healthy and consistent lifestyle change.
