    I do have a tip.

Don't try and lose 4-5 pounds in 2 weeks. It's not that much weight, and if you lose it that quickly you will undoubtedly gain it back. Setting a shot time frame is unrealistic.

If that 4-5 pounds is really important to you, set your goals to lose a half pound a week.

^THIS...if not keep the weight and gain some tone. Muscle makes you look slimmer.

You're not overweight enough to lose it that fast. You can do it but not in this time frame.

Op, you are not overweight at all anyway. Why is the number on the scale so important to you?

Is your metabolism fast? Do you have muscle tone? .5 lbs a week is really, to me, a slow weight loss if you're eating 1100 calories a day. Cut out the sugars and crap from your ice cream and coke for 24 days, do 30 minutes of cardio enough to where you can't talk while exercising, go download Jillian Michaels' "Get Ripped in 30". Run for 30, start that program for 5-6 days a week. Hydrate, replace one meal with 150 calorie, low sugar, low carb protein shakes (you can get these anywhere online). Remember: calories in vs. calories out: eat more than you burn and you gain. Burn more than you consume and you lose. Unless you have a health situation or an extremely slow metabolism with that routine you should have no problem pulling off more than .5 pounds a week, at least 1-2.

I know that feeling. It's not about being overweight it's about feeling healthy, confident and happy with yourself. Really put your mind to being healthy these next 24 days, drinking water, cutting out the sugar and alcohol and you will be surprised. good luck!

No. You don't have to cut anything out or replace anything with anything else to lose weight. 1-2 pounds of eight loss for such little weight is too aggressive and generally not sustainable.

Really, do no listen to the advice on cutting stuff out. 1100 is NOT an okay amount to lose weight on. You are young, not overweight at all, but you also don't want to do drastic cuts.

Go here and input your information and that you want to lose .5 pounds a week and you will get some general numbers. I guarantee 1100 is not it.
