Oh sister, I feel your pain! The scale is so often NOT our friend!
This is why I always, ALWAYS suggest keeping track of measurements (like bust, waist, hips, thigh, etc.)
I don't know that you are doing anything wrong.
--You may have been retaining fluid on your weigh-in day.
--You may be making great muscle gains, which can affect the scale.
I have been known to lose inches without losing lbs...and sometimes even gaining lbs. while shrinking in size. It's possible to happen if you are working out hard. Lean muscle mass takes up less space than fat.
On the other hand, if you are not working out hard, it could be that you are not accurately measuring your food. People who just "guesstimate" serving sizes are often taking in way more calories than they realize.
Don't despair! If you are making good food choices and getting exercise, your body WILL respond positively! :flowerforyou:0
