All the foods I normally eat but a bit more than I eat when I maintain weight.0

Even when you're trying to gain, you still have to eat good foods or you won't gain in the way you hope. I say this from experience of helping my boyfriend gain-he has a fast metabolism, but eating whatever crap he can get his hands on doesn't help him gain any weight. What HAS helped him is to eat lots of lean proteins and healthy fats and complex carbs; examples include: chicken, tuna, turkey, extra lean ground turkey; olive oil, pecans, almonds; brown rice (white has been working too so far), sweet or red potatoes, sugar snap peas, chopped cabbage, asparagus. He also has 2 protein shakes a day and takes BCAAs and Glutamine tablets before workouts. I hope this helps you, reading up online at sites like bodybuilding.com are very useful because they like to give you the research that backs up their articles and such.0

Yeah you can eat all food but try and stay on the "clean" side to be more on the slow bulk, you can tweak stuff before it gets out of hand.. if you've done it before though go ahead and dirty bulk but its not recommended if its your first time..
I usually play with my carbs more than anything, add carbs to gain, lower carbs to lose. same goes for protein.. fats stay about the same for me
I usually allow myself more cereal/milk ... protein shake with milk... w/e...0 -

Once I've hit my protein minimum, anything that sounds good. Sometimes that's more protein, sometimes it's cupcakes or poptarts or chocolate or peanut butter. Anything I want to hit my calorie goal0

clean vs dirty bulk has nothing to do with the types of food you eat. It is the size of the surplus.
You can get PLENTY fat just eating bro foods. It's just more boring and takes longer.0 -
