I'm James... i've just joined up to the site, need some serious help finding motivation to get out and exercise and start eating better / healthier!

    It's hard to find motivation! I have no such luck! And the reason I am posting as a reply to your post is because I see your picture of you smiling with a beer and I WANT ONE SO BAD! =)
