Have you seen my Abs........

I had some abs. I always kept them in a special place. They were near and dear to my heart. After a year of sickness, I seem to have lost them somewhere. I look where they should be, but they are gone. If you have time, can you help me find them and get them back. Send me a FR if you are willing to join the search party, or if your abs went missing too, we can all look together.

Welcome!

I suspect some fat may be hiding them from you.

Mine are hiding too. I'll send you a FR, maybe one of us will have some luck finding ours and we can share some tips.

Haven't seen mine in years either. FR sent. Would welcome any other FR as well - coming back after a month absence and looking to find new friends (as well as my abs).

Whats really unfair, is that my car has ABS, and it just sits there most of the day. Not everyone is lucky enough to be just given ABS. Fricken car!!

    What are abs?

I used to base if I was fat on whether when I laid flat if my hip bones showed on the front of my body. That is long gone now, so my goal is to get that back.

My boyfriend is hell bent on getting his body fat down to %11.

And I'm really wanting to see the 170's before this wedding at mid-summer (not my own).

    So...

Cheers to another run of being hell bent on weight loss!

    :drinker:

Perhaps mine are hiding behind this sheet pizza I've just consumed all by myself.

I love my abs so much, that I protect them with a layer of fat so that they cannot be harmed by anything!!

I recently bought this machine which the people said was an abb finder. It is still sitting in my basement. I stare at it vacantly waiting for it to do its job...........so far.....it is a disappointment. It just sits there doing nothing, thats false advertisement.

Maybe Dip is hiding your abs.

Try eating crunchy things without him and see if he'll return them to you.

Dip is a necessary lubricant needed to slide the ruffage down the osophagas. **my spelling** anyways.

Yes, you have a similar feeling for your friend Dip, as I for my friend Dressing.

Dressing has never shown me my abs. I know she has them well hidden - she loves to remind me how great those ruffage veggies are for me, and then in helping me to eat them - doesn't make mention that the Abs are the price of sharing her company.

Wish I liked veggies for themselves, without Dressing.
