Vit A, C, Calcium, and iron are given as a percentage. Why?
I'm a believer in1,000+ mg daily of vit C. Mine says 1249%. But not how much.
As a post-menopausal woman, I need 1,200mg of calcium, not 1,000. So is a -29% high enough?
It's very confusing.
How can I get this addressed with by MyFitnessPal?

On that screen, lower left is % for Vit A, C, Calcium, and iron, not ml. Why?0
