    I never use poo in my hair... save that for the compost pile.

    i have not washed my hair with shampoo or conditioner in over a year now I think

    I wash my hair with the baking soda/tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar thing once a week
    sometimes im lazy and go a week and a half

    I would live under the rule of any regime that didn't require the combination hair and poo.

    I do however only wash my hair about twice a week and that works for me. :)

    Same! I have fine hair, but a lot of it, just past my shoulders. I wash with shampoo once a week, and use a sulphate-free cleansing cream 3 or 4 days after that, with dry shampoo (when I need it) in between. The transition was a little rough, but now I wouldn't have it any other way - my hair looks better now than ever.

    I just wash 2x a week with a sulfate free shampoo, and use dry shampoo in between if things start to look a little oily.

    The no-poo routine made my long wavy hair look awesome from the ears down, but my scalp felt gross. It just wasn't for me.
