Yesterday I finally was able to take out the extension I had in my bra clasp (you women know what I'm talking about right) and when I went to church I was actually able to kneel on the kneeler without my stomach touching the pew in front of me. It may not seem like big NSV's but to me it's a big deal.

    That is really awesome Hilary! I am glad you are seeing changes and improvement, anything that makes us feel better about our bodies is a victory no matter what!!
