Just realised I am 100 lbs down from my heaviest recorded weight back in 2003. I kept off 50 to 85 or so pounds for 10 years I kept on yo yo ing but now it is 100 lbs gone. 49 since the end of January this year and 33 of those since April 2nd .

    The fact that 11 yrs later you are still down 100 lbs is a story in itself. Congrats!! Keep it up!
