Hi I need to invest in some good accurate scales so I can do my weigh in every week .Can anyone recommend any? Thanks Nat xxx

    I got a great scal from Wal-Mart for about $30

    It tracks up to 4 people, calculates water, body fat and a schlew of other features.

    Definately go digital!
