Hey,
Ive been at it for almost a week now and so far going good. Lost 7lbs !! These past two days ive felt like i just couldnt stop eating. I'm still under my calorie goal each day but I feel like its not right. Every time I turn around im at the fridge for some grapes, or a pickle, jello, or salad. Is this normal. I know for this to work there will be times that ill have to fight that hunger pain but this was like all day

Way to go on your weight loss. Some days are harder then others for me. I have learned that if I eat a filling breakfast my day usually goes better.0

good to hear the success so far and continue the good work.. Yes you will have them days where you fell hungry all the time and this is normal when you first start out. However, If you are eating healthy things, and still under your cal count, you should be ok. Also depending on your activity lvl, you will fell hungry more often. Although you only been at it for a week, your body is going to a traumatic experience, but it will adapt to your new eating style. Also eating help your metabolism. Try to looking for snacks high in fiber as this help you feel full longer. I do apples as it works for me.0

Yea, I love apples. We have two trees that produce millions of apples. Have to wait though it just started blooming. I never could buy apples after we moved here...
