Need tips for ADVOCARE 24 day challenge

Hey, my name's Miranda.

Tomorrow I will begin my second challenge. I have done this once before and lost about 12 pounds but at the time I was feeling a little down and didn't have much of an appetite. Now that my mind is in a much better state and I've gained my appetite back I'm concerned about eating the same things everyday. I know salad is very good for you but I get sick of it. I'm also kinda picky and I don't like any sort of seafood. So basically I need to know some things that I can eat a lot of and still make progress. Also is biking a good form of cardio? Running is definitely not my thing.

Please help
Any tips for this would be greatly appreciated

Any type of moving that gets your heart pumping is a good form of cardio. Just finished my second challenge, didnt do salads at all but be creative with the suggestions in the back of the book. Try and cook only 2 servings of protien so u can have it for dinner and lunch. For example fish and baked chicken breast. first day fish for lunch chicken for dinner. Next day chicken for lunch fish for dinner. i also mixed my veggies so i didnt get bored with any one. Hope that helps.
