Ok, so here are the long awaited before/after pictures. The before were actually taken a few years back when I started P90X and went from 235 to 210 and then put it ALL back on again over the following 2 years. In October of 2013 I was back up to 235, but with a new job, and being able to ride my bike to work most days and come home for lunch, I dropped 12 lbs by Christmas without trying. After realizing this, I decided to finish what I started with P90X in 2011, so in January of this year I gave myself until my birthday on May 28th to drop the additional 38 lbs to get to a total 50 lb weight loss and a final weight of 185. I hit that goal last week!!!

This was not accomplished with any diet, pills, shakes or wonder drug. I used MFP app to merely track my food calories and exercised...a lot!!! I have only had 10 days in the last 5 months where I have not done some sort of physical activity over and above what I would have done in a normal day before. I ran, I biked, I joined a gym, I joined a soccer league and a kickball league. I made this a priority and will continue to make it one going forward. My next goal is to keep going and see if I can drop my body fat % down to around 12%, but I'm not setting a time table and taking it much slower paced than the last 5 months.

So for anyone interested in the stats part of this here you go:
235 lbs --> 185 lbs
30+%BF --> 17%BF
71 lbs of fat --> 31 lbs of fat

1" off my neck
1" off my chest
2" off my shoulders
3.25" off my waist
4" off my hips/butt

Shirt size dropped from XL to M
Pants went from 38 waist to 34 waist

Miles Biked - 259
Miles Run - 231

    How tall are you? Your progression is nearly identical to mine from a stats standpoint. You're just a few pounds ahead of me.

    So a couple ppl have asked now about height...I'm 5'8" - 5'9" range. I also have a "large" frame based on my wrist/elbow measurements. Here's one calculator if you're interested in your own: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/fsz

    According to BMI I am on the upper end of the "overweight" category. I'd still like to lose 10 lbs and think I'll be able to start seeing my abs between 170-175lbs, but the BMI scale for me is just ridiculous. I won't be at a "healthy" BMI until 164lbs! This is why I'm going by my BF% rather than BMI. I can do 100 strait push-ups, 20 pull-us, ran a 5k Tuesday in under 22 minutes, and my resting heart rate is in the low-mid 40's.

    I feel the healthiest/strongest/fittest I've been since High School and in some regards (strength specifically) I've never been healthier! Thanks for all the congratulations! It feels good to be acknowledged for all the hard work :happy:
