Hello, i just recently got the 30 day shred and i have some questions. Questions that i should have asked before i bought it i guess.
My questions are:
Is this worth it?
Did anyone get really great results just from the 30 days?
What did you do if you had to skip a day?
Do you feel that your diet had any major effect in your results?
Sorry, i'm sure there are a million topics like this.

I bought it and used it one day. I could hardly walk for 2 days after that. Seriously, I had to flop into the couch to sit down on it. My legs hurt so bad. But I felt that was all it was helping was my legs, I wanted it to help my belly mostly. I haven't done it consistently though. I don't know if you're supposed to use it every day or how often either though.
Good Luck!0 -
I lost about 9 inches and I skipped quite a few days and didnt stress about it.
I kept losing weight on and off with my diet through out, wouldnt say it particularly affected weightloss, but I toned up loads, its defo worth it.0 -

I'm pretty sure if done correctly in counts as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which is really effective, I think it's a great work out as long as you seriously push yourself!0

Wow, thanks everyone. i'm feeling a lot more confident about this, and i even joined a group that starts on Monday!0

Anyone have any clue on the calorie burn? It's not listed on here as an option, so I'm just kinda guessing. I'd love to have something more accurate (i'm on day 3, and feel like I've been hit by a truck, but I'm hoping it works!)0

I really like it so far. The first time I did it, I actually thought it was really hard and I ended up not doing it again for a couple days. However, every day after the first day has been a lot easier and I really enjoy it. It's still hard, but I don't feel like taking a break every 5 minutes like I did the first time! I've done it 6 times so far, sometimes consecutively and sometimes a couple days apart. Just give it a try and don't be like me and be ready to quit after the first day, because it does get better! Also, I've only done level 1 so far, so I don't have any advice about the other levels yet.0

I think I would put it under aerobics, high intensity? I have done it myself and it is a very kick butt workout!

I recently got a HR monitor and I do level 3, its always between 300-490 calories burned the whole 27 minutes!0

I love it! I put it under calistenics..wasn't sure what to put it under, I read other's posts on the net and they put it under calistenics. It's quite the work out, I am on day 5 of it, and with eating better and my walking I've lost 4 pounds...0

I enter it under circuit training also. I ran through it and got awesome results in my shape and shedded inches quickly. Thinking about running through it again. Right now I am working with Melt it off with Mitch Gaylord. Its a 12 week program as well as a walking dvd and walking out side when the weather will permit. Good luck with it It is well worth the burn!0

I'm on Level 1 Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred. I totally fooled myself into believing that this would be a cake walk. 30 minutes and day? Who couldn't do that right? Since I did Day 1 yesterday morning before work, I whought I could do the P90X Kenpo in the evening. Each passing hour yesterday, I the pain set in.
Whether it was my foolishness in getting through 15ish minutes of Kenpo or just the effects of 30DS, walking up and down my stairs is grueling. My quads hurts so bad that I'm trying to cut back on my water so I don't have to potty so much (and do the whole down/up thing).
I'm fairly limber and do strength moves fairly well. I think the cardio may have done me in. Jumping jacks have been my enemy for years, JM actually convinced me I could do it.
The upshot of this... I'm hurting and would love affirmation that this going to get better soon. I'm not sure if I will be able to move in the morning at thie pace.0 -
I know what I'll be buying tomorrow!!!
I just bought her kettlebell dvd, I did one workout so far ! I really like the dvd... I just wish I bought the 30 day shred as well....0 -
It's a great workout, I log it as circuit training and use my HRM burn 300 -350 calories (everyone is different)0

Trust me, my first day of doing it, I thought I was gonna die for a day after, almost two, but I did the work out again pushed through the pain, it felt better to stretch it out. I honestly still can't do all the push ups she has you do, but i am working at it. I have a bad left wrist, I messed up falling off a crate of soda in high school. I have been doing her level 1 work out for 5 days now and I can tell you I have lost an inch off my stomach and half an inch off my thighs and can feel my endurance getting better. I would like to try and move on to her level 2 here soon, however I am going to have to buy the dvd again...my freaking ex kept the dvd i bought the first time...She is on my comcast on demand and i tried her level one 6 pack abs, and made it through the first 15 minutes and had to stop...inly because i did it after the 30 day shred. You will start to see results0

Yay! I am actually really really pumped about starting this! I hope i see as good results as everyone else! Thanks again for all the feedback everyone.0
