Going over calorie limit...On grapes and watermelon?

This may or may not sound silly but I've gone over my daily calorie goal by about 200 calories in watermelon and grapes (I was so hungry between lunch and dinner I had to eat something!). Will this slow down my weight loss? A calorie is a calorie right? Or will this not be as detrimental because they are not processed foods?
I hear some people don't log fruit and veggies. I log everything I eat and may sometimes be more relaxed when it comes to vegetables like broccoli and cucumber but fruits are high in sugar and I'm sure if I ate 2000 calories a day worth of water melon I'd eventually get fat.
Just wondering If I need to go for a quick jog in the even to balance this out or if I need not worry as there are quite watery fruits. Thanks!

A calorie is a calorie, make sure you record everything. You can get fat on just eating watermelon, broccoli or any food period. Whether it's processed or not doesn't matter either.
Weight watchers (very good program) was what I was using before fitness pal, and there you didn't record veggies or fruits. It wasn't magic, they simply made your calorie target lower and gave you the free veggies and fruit option to encourage you to eat more of them. Veggies an fruits are more filling / more bang for your buck which is why weight watchers did that. I dare you to eat 1,000 calories in just broccoli or green leafy veggies, not easy.
I only switched from Weight watchers because I was tired of the monthly fee. That and I was tired of converting everything to points. I plan on watching the calories the rest of my life, might as well record actual calories.0 -
lots of sugar still in watermelon and grapes, the good kind but still can slow weight loss.0

It's only 200 cal = 20-25 min jogging. Not a big deal at all ) Work out for an hour and eat some more watermelon, it's summer! ))) I'm craving it now )))0
