I'm an over 50 "tired of diets" lady wanting to shed kilos and develop sustainable healthy lifestyle, this toolkit inspires me!
I've been using MyFitnesspal for 6 days and I'm really pleased with the information, the data tracking and motivation it provides. What a great concept. I really like the fact that I can use my iphone to help me when I'm out and about too.

    Hello! This is day 6 for me also and this is the greatest thing to help with weight loss. The encouragement is great and I love doing my food diary. It truly keeps you honest!!! It really is a lifestyle change but once you see the pounds start to fall off, it is such a great encouragement! Glad you're here! Just believe in yourself!!!! :wink:
