Hi everyone,

I'm on MFP for a while, but I'm just starting to pay attention to what I eat and how many exercice I do each week.

I started 10 months ago at 198lbs (90kg). I'm currently at 178lbs (81kg) with a goal set at 161lbs (73kg) so I'm half way there :tongue:
