What age did you get your first tattoo? Did it hurt?

    I had my first at 19. Anyone who says it didn't hurt is lying or using numbing cream, the level/severity of pain however is quite subjective.

    18 and it was awesome. As said above, hurt is subjective. I fell asleep during my back tattoo. The "pain" is there, but at this point I'm addicted to it, and quite enjoy it, so does it realy hurt anymore?
