Small improvement #s 201 & 202

201 - Bent over to clean up a mess on the kitchen floor this morning and didn't pass out.
202 - Not so small. Before I started MFP I would look down and my ankles appeared swollen. When I touched them the skin would indent and then slowly bounce back. It doesn't do that any more. I'm not retaining water.

    Good job. It's important to notice all the subtle signs of improvement, especially the ones that signal better health.

    Probably mostly loose clothes. I am sure I could get 200 in there though.
