Does anyone do carb cycling? And does it work?

If you are eating on average a caloric deficit carb cycling or not carb cycling...it makes not difference at all. If you have greater adherence carb cycling, then by all means do it, but it does not "hack or trick" the body into doing anything differently. Weight is lost due to being in a caloric deficit over an average of time, not because you didn't eat carbs for a few days days and then one day you did.0

Hi. Check out this post: http://www.burnthefat.com/carb_cycling_for_fat_loss.html
I haven't gotten my body fat down low enough to try it!0 -
did 3 weeks of it at the end of a 6 week cut and noticed a big change in the last week. Not sure if it was the carb cycling or the 6 days a week with the 150 less calories in the end I got to under 10% BF0
